Your commission, step by step

From your first idea to a sculpture made for your space.

1. Share your brief. Send reference links, wall measurements, preferred size, colours and any deadline through the contact form.
2. Receive your quote and schedule. We’ll discuss your requirements and confirm pricing and a production timeframe. Custom pieces may take 5–8 weeks, depending on size and texture; your schedule will be confirmed during consultation.
3. Approve the design. Confirm the concept, dimensions, finish and installation requirements before production.
4. Arrange payment. Pay the agreed invoice or deposit before work begins. Deposits are available on request for orders over $3,000 AUD; any final balance is due before dispatch.
5. Production update. Receive an update as your sculpture takes shape. We’ll let you know if additional time is needed for finishing or curing.
6. Dispatch. Your piece is carefully packaged, with tracking provided once dispatched. Australian delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on location.
7. Installation guidance. Discuss mounting guidance for your space where relevant. Let us know early about curved walls or unusual mounting requirements so any additional supports can be quoted.
