Returns & Care Policy

At FORMR, every sculpture is created with deep intention and care. I truly want you to love your piece in your space.

I offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item for damage-related issues only.

If your sculpture arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact me as soon as possible at info@formr.au so I can assess the situation and make it right for you.

Please inspect your piece upon delivery and avoid leaving it in the box or in direct heat.


If Your Sculpture Isn’t What You Expected

If your sculpture feels different from what you envisioned or discussed, please reach out to me straight away via email or Instagram. I will always work with you to ensure your piece feels right in your home.

Your happiness genuinely matters to me.

That said, before purchasing, please ensure you have read and understood the Purchase & Creation Policy, as each piece is custom-made and created specifically for you.


Refunds & Replacements

Because each sculpture is a one-of-a-kind artwork, refunds are not offered unless the final piece is significantly different from the approved concept.

In the unlikely event that a sculpture arrives damaged, I will organise a repair or replacement. Refunds are not available for damage — but you will absolutely be looked after.

Each piece reflects:

  • Custom paintwork

  • Materials & fabrication

  • Packaging & shipping

  • Significant artist time and craftsmanship

Creation timelines often span several weeks, and once work has commenced, that time cannot be refunded.


Amendments

If you are unhappy with a texture or colour selection due to a change of preference, I am more than happy to amend the piece for you. Any material and shipping costs associated with adjustments will be at your expense.

Please know — I will always do everything I can to work with you to make your sculpture perfect for your space.

If you need changes made to the piece, this will be invoiced prior to execution and will include freight costs to get the piece back to the studio/returned to you, and any further materials needed to fulfil your request.

Formr is not required to compensate the client for amendments on original pieces without customisation requests. If you need additional mounting or supports, this will be quoted on request. 

If you demand deadlines or rush the process and end up not happy with the result, you will not be eligible for a refund and a return or repair may be at your cost. Do not rush your artist. 


How to Start a Return

To request a return for damage-related issues, please email info@formr.au.

If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting me will not be accepted.

If more than 15 business days have passed since a return was approved and you haven’t heard from me, please reach out.


By purchasing from FORMR, you acknowledge that you are investing in a bespoke, one-of-a-kind artwork created especially for you.
