Every FORMR sculpture is handcrafted with intention and care from my studio in Brisbane, Australia.

You’re not just purchasing décor — you’re investing in a one-of-a-kind sculptural artwork. My priority is ensuring it arrives safely, beautifully finished, and ready for your space.

Processing Time

Each piece is either:

  • Ready to ship

  • Made to order

  • Custom finished or commissioned

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and careful packaging prior to dispatch for small sculptures.

For custom commissions, your timeframe will be discussed during consultation. If your piece requires additional time, you will always be notified.

Because each sculpture is individually crafted and hand-painted, there may occasionally be slight delays. If paintwork is not fully cured, or if the finish does not meet my quality standards, your piece will not be shipped until it does.

I sincerely apologise if weather conditions (particularly humidity or cooler temperatures) affect drying times. I work tirelessly to ensure your paintwork is properly cured before dispatch — this significantly reduces the risk of damage during transit and ensures your sculpture arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.

Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

If you need express, please note this will incur a fee calculated to your location and charged prior to shipping.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries.

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and package size. Please contact us prior to purchase for a custom quote and estimated timeframe.

For large-scale or oversized pieces, a custom delivery quote may be arranged to ensure safe transport.

Packaging

Every sculpture is securely packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives in gallery-ready condition.

Wherever possible, sustainable and recyclable packaging materials are used.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

We will work with you promptly and compassionately to resolve the issue.

A Final Note

FORMR pieces are handcrafted, layered, and carefully finished. Your investment deserves the highest standard of workmanship before it leaves the studio.

If there are ever delays due to curing times or final detailing, please know it is because I am ensuring your sculpture meets that standard — not rushing it.
