How do I place an order?

You can order directly via the Custom Order page on our website if you already know your desired length. Simply complete your purchase, and your order will be confirmed.
For any extra details or customisation requests, please DM us on Instagram or email us via the contact form — we’ll be happy to assist.

Can I choose any colour I like?

Yes — as long as you choose from the Dulux Colour Range or Porter’s Paints Colour Range. Our preparation process works best with these paints, ensuring the most flawless and lasting finish.

If you require a colour from a different brand, please reach out via email or Instagram with your order number, and we’ll discuss your options. Once you make an order, make sure you reply to the confirmation email with your colour choice. 

How long does it take to create a sculpture?

Custom Orders & Pre-Orders: Most pieces take approximately 2 weeks (14 business days) to create.

Complex or Large Sculptures: More intricate designs or larger dimensions may take longer. We will confirm timeframes with you during the ordering process.

When will my sculpture be dispatched?

We dispatch orders once a week on Thursdays.

If your order is completed and ready before Thursday morning, it will be included in that week’s dispatch.

If we miss the Thursday morning cut-off, your sculpture will be shipped in the following week’s dispatch.

How do you mount these sculptures on the wall? 

My wall sculptures are meant to be attached to the wall. Pieces under 1.5 metres can also be posed on a easel.

Due to the formation being flat, in an effort to showcase hugging the wall, art installing cables are not recommended, however if this is the only option, hanging with the D-rings and additional 3M supports should suffice.

Please specify if your sculpture is going to be mounted on a curved wall or hanger, as this will involve additional work and potentially additional costs to secure mounting panels for your unique hanging, these costs are not included in website pricing. 

Do you offer rush orders?

If you need your sculpture sooner, please reach out to us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline, depending on our current production schedule and may incur a rush fee.

How are the sculptures shipped?

All sculptures are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Shipping options, timeframes, and costs will be confirmed at checkout. For the larger sculptures, an additional invoice may be presented depending on your location.
