FORMR Sample Box

$99.00

or 4 payments of $24.75 with Afterpay or PayPal Pay in 4

Folded and painted by hand, so yours will be similar to the photos, never identical. Every order includes our install guide.

If you need more help deciding on a piece or want to see finishes in person, please purchase a sample box and you will receive samples based on your request.

Steps:

  • Purchase a sample box
  • Email back your confirmation email with your preferences and finishes, otherwise if you just want to see a few different ideas, mini samples can be made also.
  • Provide me as much information about your project, wall finishes, timeframes etc.

Your box will be made up, and for trade partners they are yours to keep. Non-trade account owners will have a return label made after a decision has been made.

IMPORTANT: The $99 will be credited to your account for final purchase. If you choose to hold on your purchase, your credit will not expire. This credit will not apply until your sample box is returned.

Shipping & install

Shipped Australia-wide, securely packed with fixings and our step-by-step install guide. Most pieces hang from a single D-ring.

Colours & finishes

Choose any Dulux, Porter’s Paints or Resene colour, or ask about chrome, gold and silver leaf. Pop your colour in the notes field above.

Why every piece is unique

FORMR sculptures are heated, folded and painted by hand. Expect gentle variation in folds and brush texture. That is the wabi-sabi beauty of handmade art.
